Recent
research places Turkey fourth in the list of most rapidly developing property markets. Turkey’s popularity has
been boosted by cheaper property prices in comparison with the rest of Europe and a thriving tourism industry,
financing the development of many areas in Turkey.
Proof of Turkey’s increasing significance
in global property markets was indicated by Turkey’s presence at the London Property Show for the first time
ever. The Property Show, which lasted three days, was held at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre with representatives
from many Turkish companies occupying a number of stands to publicize Turkish real estate. The Turkish stands were
amongst the most visited, and many companies were offering to transport interested parties out to see the properties
on site.
Experts predict that the property sector will continue to grow in Turkey for at least
another five years, but also maintain that such high interest and demand could also cause the prices to
rocket.
